If you damage the rug on your own I cannot help that. If there is something wrong with the rug once arrived, please email me at 360rugz@gmail.com for support.
Once the rug is made and shipped, there is a no refund policy at hand. If you would like a different design, It will be an addition cost depending on design. I will send an update before the rug is complete. (Free Shipping)
